During your Viewing Trip you will receive a gentle introduction to the area of your choice. We will show you a range of properties over your visit and will only take you to see desirable properties that suit your specific requirements, so that you can make the most of your time.
We will also make sure you have plenty of time to explore the local towns, beaches, bars, restaurants and other attractions so you can get a really good feel for the place and whether you would feel happy living or spending holidays there. We can also provide you with useful local information on schools, hospitals and transport, as well as sport and leisure facilities.
We will guide you, offer advice and answer any questions you have about the region and about buying property in Spain. Don't worry about being given the hard sell or feeling pressurised into buying something you are not 100% sure about. But if you do see a property you can't resist, everything is geared up to get the ball rolling while you are there.
